    The National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW) defines Economic Empowerment as the ability to self-determine and realize dreams by establishing the mechanisms to sustain generational wealth. This vision is brought to life through Sisternomic$, NCBW's signature program and philosophical framework. Sisternomic$ directly addresses economic disparities by equipping Black women and girls with essential tools, including financial literacy and life skills training, paving the path toward economic self-sufficiency.
